I've been rooting for Vandy most of my life. I really started getting fanatical about them when I around 15 years old. I attended my first Vandy football game in 1977, they lost to LSU 28-15 (I believe).

The most exciting game I've ever been to was the 1981 game at UT when Vandy lost 38-34. One of the most memorable was the stadium dedication win over Heavily favored Maryland also in 1981.

I started VandyMania in 1996. I enjoy doing VandyMania. I was only natural that I do VandyMania since I enjoy Vanderbilt sports, computers and the internet. I never thought VandyMania would grow as fast as it has when I started it.

I am married to Karen aka "webmistress", and have two boys, D.T. (13) and Nate (8). Currently I reside in the state of Washington near Tacoma. I am employed by the U.S. Army and specialize in field artillery.
