Vandy beats Pitt to advance to the sweet 16
in the NCAA tournament. Vandy trailed by 6
with less than 10 seconds remaining in
regulation, and Will Perdue sitting on the
bench with 5 fouls. Barry Goheen hit 2 three
pointers to tie the game, and Vandy dominated
a shocked panthers squad in OT. Later that
night over 2,000 screaming Vandy fans welcomed
team home at The Nashville Airport!

Commodores rally from 11-point deficit in last 3:45 to win and advance to the
Sweet 16. Matt Freije poured in 31 points for Vandy. Mario Moore sank a deep
3-point shot with 1:43 remaining to bring the 'Dores to within 71-70.
