Second week in a row that Vandy hasn't worn the black/gold pinstripes. Whaddya think is up with that? They haven't gone without the gold pinnies in years.
Looks like Holton's off-inning this week may be the 2nd. Challenge now is to keep it at one run only.

Holton strong thru 3, only one ball hit hard, unfortunately, just hard enough.
Now Vandy's sticks need to square the ball up. Way too many easy, routine outs.

Do you think Vandy hitters will at some point figure out that the State pitcher is throwing hard sliders about 75% of the time and that they're never anywhere near the strike zone? Hitting is hard, but my goodness, you gotta understand what's going on.
