This team is young and they are resilient. Texas A&M beat them up and we now have 3 wins with a chance to make it 4 with a sweep of Florida this afternoon. The pitching was sensational yesterday. No walks! Offense good enough as was fielding. Corbs built confidence in a shell-shocked group. This team can still be special as the young players grow up - who says you can't develop teams any more? Florida has a ton of transfers and...

All the carping re lack of transfers, some work, some don’t. Picking talent is a hard, hard thing.
A&M is really, really good this year. As of now they are odds on favorites (for me anyway) to win it all. We aren’t as good as them, as of now anyway. Frankly not horrible to be a top 20 team. But better to be spoiled not being in the top five than being a supplicant hoping to make the NCAAs or go to a bowl at 6-6.
